Before starting Max HVAC Systems, Russ spent 26 years in HVAC and electrical, managing government contracts, leading teams of up to 135 people, and tackling large-scale commercial projects most technicians never encounter. Master HVAC License, Master Electrical License, Fire Alarm License, ISA Certified- he has seen virtually every way a system can fail.
He has also seen every way a company can lose sight of the people it's supposed to serve.
So he started fresh. A small, experienced team built around honest work, fair pricing, and a genuine commitment to doing right by every home they walk into.
